Reservations

Reservations should only be made for yourself or your direct guests. Reservations for more than nine (9) rooms require direct coordination with WLStay. The resale, marketing, or advertising of reservations on third-party platforms is prohibited.

WLStay reserves the right to verify identity at check-in and may cancel reservations that are made under false or fraudulent pretenses or breach the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 72 hours prior to the expected arrival for a full refund. For cancellations within 72 hours or in case of a no-show, a cancellation fee equal to the total reservation price may apply. To cancel a reservation, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at support@wlstay.com.my.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

Credit/Debit Card Information

You must provide valid credit or debit card information to secure your reservation or pay deposits. By doing so, you authorize WLStay to charge for all fees related to the reservation and any damage or loss incurred during your stay. WLStay uses reasonable measures to secure credit card information but disclaims liability for any breach or unauthorized access by third parties.

Payment

Purchases made during your stay (e.g., food and beverage) may be charged to your room. These charges must be settled upon checkout. If you fail to settle your bill, you authorize WLStay to charge the outstanding amount to the card on file.

Valuables

WLStay advises against bringing high-value items or large amounts of cash to its properties, as safekeeping facilities may be limited. WLStay disclaims liability for the loss or damage of valuables, except as required by applicable law.
